| JSP Architects (Pty) Ltd is comprised of two Directors, Jay Pillay and Sugendri Pillay, who are both Professional Architects and undertake day to day responsibilities within the Architectural Practice.
JSP Architects (Pty) Ltd established in Aug 2018 is a fairly new enterprise despite the extensive experience of the Architects who drive it. Its Directors and Principal Architects Jay and Sugendri have been Directors of and Architects at other companies right up to Aug 2018. As such, we as well as the rest of our team of Quantity Surveying and Engineering Consultants, with whom we have forged exciting and successful relationships working on Projects together in the past, are extremely eager to tackle new projects under the banner of JSP Architects (Pty) Ltd and to turn it into a brand associated with excellence. We have also formed successful associations with very capable construction companies with whom we have concluded projects on time and within budget. The members of this company have previously been from marginalised communities and most of our professional collaborations are with people from previously marginalised communities. We strongly believe in promoting the development of individuals as well as companies to whom much of the professional built environment sector was restricted due to the still far reaching effects of the unfair laws under our government pre-1994. Despite that legacy, we are committed to helping to shape the world by building on the positives which the world today has to offer and learning from the important lessons from our individual and collective pasts. JSP Architects (Pty) Ltd provides a comprehensive service starting with discussions with our clients to ascertain what their goals and objectives are all the way to the final construction, project management and successful delivery of their projects using the latest innovations in our field. We combine tried and tested with new and fresh innovations and have positioned ourselves to deliver on that. Time is a major factor in construction projects and we use software programmes and implement strategies streamlining planning to provide a well-rounded product which best addresses our client's needs. |

| Sugendri has over 13 years of experience and specialises in all aspects of project management, architectural design, interior design, ArchiCAD BIM modelling, and Architectural rendering on a variety of projects. She has experience in all stages of the architectural process. Sugendri has single-handedly undertaken BP Southern Africa Retail Projects over the last 4 years in KZN and the Eastern Cape. |

| Jay has over 36 years of experience in the industry and has played the role of principal agent/consultant on a variety of projects. He is proficient in all aspects of Project Management, architectural design, interior and furniture design, ArchiCad Bim Modelling and rendering. He has successfully established architectural practices in Durban and later in Cape Town. | |
